Today we are drinking a Peruvian, medium roast coffee. It is orgainic, fair trade and roasted to a full city roast in a hot air roaster…in the garage.

The Accidental Roaster
It was an accident. I didn’t set out to roast coffee. I simply like good coffee. I’ll go a long way out of my way for a good cup… and even farther to avoid a bad one!
